Tracy Howard

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Naval Electronics

Tracy Howard is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics business and brings more than 30 years of experience in the defense industry and U.S. Navy.

Most recently, Tracy held senior leadership roles at L3 Harris Maritime Power, L3 Adaptive Methods and L3 Autonomous Undersea Systems divisions, and multiple General Dynamics Mission Systems business areas.

In the Navy, his distinguished career in the Submarine Service culminated in command of multiple submarines and served as the director of resources and requirements for the US Navy’s undersea tactical sensors, systems, and weapons.

Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Operations Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
