SEonSE is the e-GEOS new Maritime Surveillance Platform providing an innovative way to gain access to maritime information

e-GEOS provides 24/7 operational Maritime Surveillance Services to Institutional Users (Navies, Coast Guards, Police Corps, International Agencies i.e. FRONTEX, EMSA) and private Customers (O&G, security and shipping companies) since more than 10 years.

SEonSE allows a continuous global monitoring service of the seas worldwide, including Arctic and Antarctica Regions, offering a customizable multi-function and complete service chain, providing its customers with flexible and easy access to information derived from radar and optical satellites integrated with ancillary data, such as vessel identification and met-oceanographic data.

e-GEOS operates a radar hub infrastructure where data from most of the available commercial radar and optical satellites are processed and analyzed on a 24/7 basis.

SEonSE can provide customized on-demand monitoring services for specific requirements (e.g. Oil Spill, illegal fishing, anti-piracy, intelligence and security).

SEonSE has a complete new and usable interface that allows operators to customize the processes and access results in different modes: web application, mobile application, KML data, OGC APIs.

SEonSE viewer is able to store, calculate and show backtracked and forecasted paths of specific targets or over defined areas, highlighting abnormal behaviours of vessels and features.

SEonSE provides an automatic alert workflow based on customizable rules through different communication channels: online displayed alert messages, e-mails, SMS, pre-registered phone calls.

SHIP DETECTION AND TRACKING For each ship, the system provides: Geo location with data and time of detection Estimated size speed & direction, vessel ID obtained by the automatic correlation of Earth Observation data with data from the cooperative systems (e.g. AIS, LRIT, VMS)
STRATEGIC SURVEILLANCE FOR INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY e-GEOS extracts maritime patterns of life from multi-temporal and multi-sensor observations for complete risk assessment and threats identification at sea.

ICE MONITORING Satellite Earth Observation and in particular SAR instruments represent a reliable tool for ice monitoring, providing a synoptic view complementing the accurate but low coverage reports from ships and airborne sources, for navigation (rivers, lakes and sea) and off-shore operations.
ACCESS TO GEOSPACIAL BIG DATA ANALYTICS AND REPORTS Interactive and customizable dashboard for a real-time analysis of unstructured data. The available analytics allows the extraction of features relations over time.
ANALYTICS Geospatial Big Data Analytics on long time series of satellite acquisitions derived information fused with other data (e.g AIS, VMS, LRIT, vessel database) allow to fully characterize the behavior of vessels and extract maritime patterns of life over the time highlighting the main maritime routes and volumes per ship type and activities (e.g. fishing).
