Polaris is designed to extract weak signals from dense signal environments, such as urban areas and in the presence of strong signals.  Signals of interest can be detected in a strong signal environment where a transmitter and receiver coexist, where a weak transmitter is in the shadow of or adjacent to a large broadcast signal, or even in the presence of communications jamming.

As a radio frequency (RF) front-end to a Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) system, Polaris has the capability to enhance a number of commercial and government applications.  With its dual use technology, Polaris helps close existing gaps in current capabilities in order to mitigate emerging threats within RF communications.
