ELB3000F and EAS3000F Emergency Locator/Recorder System

For more than 25 years, Leonardo DRS AN/URT-26 and AN/URT-43 Deployable Emergency Locator Transmitters (ELTs) have been providing search-and-rescue capabilities for P-3 crews around the world. The ELB3000F upgrades these systems to include a GPS encoding interface that transmits the aircraft’s latitude and longitude. The EAS3000F can also include a cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder that gather audio and flight data inputs. Additional health and usage monitoring functions can also be incorporated.
