SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS BY SUPPORTING THEIR FAMILIES

November 14, 2018 -- For 8 years, Leonardo has been a part of the annual WMAL - Fisher House Radio-thon, a live radio broadcast charity event raising money for the Fisher House Foundation to help build houses for the families of our injured veterans as they return home for treatment.

Each year Leonardo has participated it has matched, dollar-for-dollar, donations up to $50,000.  That money goes to Fisher House facilities helping families in group homes in Bethesda, Walter Reed, the VA, Dover Air Force Base, and more than 50 locations across the country, to provide a comfortable place for loved ones to live while remaining close to their injured family member.

Once again this year, WMAL and the Fisher House Foundation are hosting the annual Fisher House Radio-thon, and Leonardo will be a part of the special event.
